Adaptive Rogue Like
I have started a new game. Like most indie devs out there I have decided to start making a rogue like. Instead of the game using procedurally generated levels, it will be adaptively generated. Each character, trap, or level element will have traits associated with it. For example an enemy might have spikes or no spikes. The game will track the success rate of each trait and create new levels and enemies based upon the previous generations. The game will in essence evolve as you play it.
